Welcome to SHEDNINE.COM. These Terms of Service set out the rules and conditions for using our website, browsing our store, placing orders, purchasing products and interacting with Shed Nine online.

Shed Nine sells surf, wetsuit, clothing, accessory and related products through SHEDNINE.COM and, where applicable, through our physical retail store and connected sales channels.

When you place an order through SHEDNINE.COM, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.

8. Click and collect / in-store pickup

If click and collect or in-store pickup is available, you will need to wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it.

You may be asked to provide order confirmation, identification or proof of purchase when collecting an order.

For change-of-mind returns, incorrect sizing or exchange requests, eligibility may depend on the product condition, timeframe, proof of purchase and whether the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging where applicable.

Some items may not be suitable for change-of-mind returns for hygiene, safety or product-specific reasons. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
