Returns

Shed Nine accepts eligible returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Items must be:

Unused and unworn
In original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Returned with proof of purchase

You may exchange an eligible item for a different size or colour of the same style, subject to availability.

Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns, Shed Nine may offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns, exchanges, incorrect size selection, or preference-based returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact Shed Nine as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange the best outcome.

If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, Shed Nine will cover or refund reasonable return postage costs.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees.

Return Terms & Conditions

All returned items must be received in original condition with tags attached.

Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, washed, marked, or returned without tags may not be accepted.

For hygiene and product-care reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if they show signs of use.

Shed Nine reserves the right to assess returned items before approving an exchange, store credit, refund, or return postage reimbursement.

Shipping

Shed Nine is offering free shipping on all orders over $150.00.

Shipping rates are currently:

Orders from $1.00 to $50.00 — $10.00 freight
Orders from $50.01 to $150.00 — $15.00 freight
Orders over $150.00 — Free shipping

Please note: shipping rates may be updated as Shed Nine grows and expands its online range.
