Items can be exchanged for an Shed Nine credit, but must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition.
If you receive any item that is the incorrect size, return it to us within 30 days in the same condition that you received it (ie un-used). You can exchange it for a different size of the same style.
You are required to pay for the return postage for refunds and exchanges. However, if your item is faulty, your return postage will be refunded.
Faulty Item Returns
Faulty items can either be replaced or refunded.
We aim to have your item back to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed.
Return Terms and Conditions
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. If items are not returned in their original condition, they may not be accepted for return.
